At Fish Hut Aqua, we want you to love your aquatic-inspired fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
